The manufacturer provides backing for the product to 90% performance after 25 years, and Power Guard, a North American insurance company provides backing (should ZN Shine cease to exist) to 85% after 25 years. This unprecedented level of cover is down to ZN Shine’s excellent and well-documented performance record, and their standard quality and performance warranty documents.
How it works
If ZN Shine should cease to exist during the warranty period of the product purchased, Power Guard will be required to compensate the end user for any claims against the product quality and/or performance.

Power Guard has determined the level of warranty offered based on rigorous testing undertaken by them on the products. Standard warranty offered by Power Guard is normally 6 years material and workmanship warranty and 80% power performance over 25 years - cover for ZN Shine far exceeds this.
